Terms of Service

The service

Saarthi manages your Google Business Profile: auditing it, generating posts and review replies for your approval, and publishing approved content. The service is provided by Saarthi ("we", "us") to you, the business owner ("you").

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are the owner or authorised manager of the Google Business Profile you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of content you approve. Saarthi drafts; you decide.
• You agree not to use Saarthi to publish misleading, illegal, or harmful content.

Our responsibilities

• We will never publish to your profile without your approval, unless you explicitly enable full-auto mode.
• We will safeguard your account access and use it only for the services described.
• We will respond to support requests within one business day.

What we can't promise

Google's ranking algorithm is controlled by Google, not us. We can make your profile active, complete, and responsive — which historically improves visibility — but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or revenue outcomes. Anyone who guarantees you a #1 ranking is not being honest.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime (see our Refund policy); cancellation stops the next billing cycle.

Termination

You can cancel anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse, with notice. On termination, your Google Business Profile and all its content remain entirely yours — we simply disconnect.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
