Free trial

Saarthi Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial with zero charge — just message "cancel" on WhatsApp.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing month. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, but you keep full service until the period you've paid for ends.

When we will refund in full

• You were charged after cancelling — we refund immediately, no questions.
• A technical failure on our side meant we delivered no service for 7+ consecutive days in a billing month.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges.

How to request

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@saarthi.business with your registered phone number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
