Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use Saarthi, we collect only what's needed to run your Google Business Profile:
- Account details — your name, phone number, and email when you sign up.
- Business profile data — your public Google Business Profile information (name, address, hours, photos, reviews, posts) accessed via Google's official API, with your explicit permission.
- WhatsApp messages — the approval replies (YES/EDIT/NO) you send us, so we can act on them.
- Usage data — basic analytics about how the service performs for your profile.
What we never collect
- Your Gmail, Google Drive, photos, or any personal Google data — our Google permission is limited strictly to Business Profile management.
- Your customers' personal data beyond what is publicly visible on your Google reviews.
- Payment card details — payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
How we use your data
To audit your profile, generate posts and review replies for your approval, publish approved content to your Google Business Profile, and send you reports on WhatsApp. We use AI services to draft content; your business's public profile information is shared with these services solely to generate that content.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers required to operate Saarthi: Google (profile management), Meta/WhatsApp Business (messaging), our AI provider (content drafting), and our payment provider. We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.
Google API Limited Use disclosure
Saarthi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google Business Profile data to provide the profile-management features described above, and never use it for advertising, sell it, or transfer it except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Your control
- Disconnect anytime — revoke Saarthi's access from your Google account settings with one tap.
- Delete your data — message us "delete my data" on WhatsApp and we'll erase your account and all associated data within 30 days.
- Export — ask and we'll send you a copy of everything we hold about your business.
Data security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We retain your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure.
